Who We Are
Implant Design Studio (IDS) is founded and run by two dentists: Christopher R. Resnik, DMD, MDS, DICOI, Prosthodontist, and Tara M. Resnik, DMD. Both are faculty members of the Resnik Implant Institute and the Resnik Implant Boot Camp. They both attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. They both maintain a private practice in Central Florida.
We started IDS because we saw a disconnect in the design of full-arch prosthetics. First, we recognized the issue of not receiving high-quality designs with ideal esthetics and contours. Being dentists and having inserted thousands of full arch prosthetics, we know what makes a good design. Secondly, we understand the importance of getting a design back in a timely manner. That is why we have a time frame guarantee. If looking to print and insert the prosthetics on the same day, we will get the design back to you within just a few hours.
From training thousands of dentists through the Resnik Implant Institute and running hands-on implant courses, we have seen the transition in the digital workflow and how it has made an impact on dentistry. Through chairside technology such as IOS and photogrammetry along with CAD/CAM designing and manufacturing digital dentistry is here to stay.
